If the bar is small, I use Green Seal or postal links. They are cheap and easily accessible.
If the pole is too large, that, go to Home Depot or Radio Shack and buy a roll of copper wire with a thick ground firmly. They come in red, black and green. Get the green and cut what you need, and rotate it.
