Fatty foods are undoubtedly more likely to affect you in this way. I'm dumping syndrome or short bowel syndrome because it was part of my colon. I have run iimmediately to the toilet after every meal. Sometimes I have to wait almost an hour, but are safe from diarrhea after every meal. Not a pleasant way to live. However, there are some medicines that can help you. ask your doctor, and try to eat more fiber or take a fiber pill. You can make further evacuations, but should be better trained in character. Good luck.
