No real fish oil that helps your memory. Fish oil contains large amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, essential oil very needs of the human body. The average American diet is not enough of these fatty acids in their diet.

Not that the oil makes the memory of the best. Help your brain, because it defines a nutritional deficiency.

The omega-3 fatty acids can also be found in another popular source as linseed oil. I take this supplement per day.

Do a search of oil or omega-3-in fishp my source.

Fish oil is for the heart and the brain from what I know well and could well also for other body parts. My friend wants to drink all the time. I have met and are animals that make life at home, but sold no taste and no aftertaste. If you want this and are looking to take the benefits of fish oil on online sites like WebMD.com, if undecided. Eat healthy foods that help memory and control of diseases, even more than regular exercise.

Good luck!

Yes and no, mainly due to the fact that omega-3 fatty acids are very healthy for brain health, but with a surplus of what should normally be no memory function improved more than it would normally take if a large amount of fish oil.

BUT ... If you improve on cognitive function (brain function), memory, test the creativity that is now known as the drug or nootropic smart drugs, some herbal medications and certain, almost m, to date, during my first 3 years College helped and I live by them.

Take a look at wikipedia.org / wiki / Nootropics
also a little touched in omega-3 fatty acids such as fish oil

Is EDIT: Many people said to improve memory, if not, it will be done ", give your brain and fat must be to the normal function of the fundamental Thus, it does not recover again, if you have deficiencies in this department and when you do all your courses in the normal operating mode mirror.

And I mean only N ONLYootropics memory and improved function of the brain was, of course, was basically steroids for the brain, and it takes 6-8 weeks to see results.

To answer your question, yes, it is probably due to improved memory function, an omega-3 fatty acids contained in the interior, known as DHA. Although there are no clinical studies to support these claims.
